Independent living Support - To assist participants with activities of daily living and provide social engagement
Mental Health Care - supporting participants with dual diagnosis within their home and in the community
Providing day to day Support in SIL accommodation - working with the participants in Supported Independent living, including active overnight shifts
Activities of Daily living support - providing support with all aspects of care including Personal care, meal prep, assistance with medication and light domestic duties
Working on a 24/7 roster - including active night shifts, sleepovers, morning, evening and night shifts
Assisting to achieve life goals - To support and empower participants to achieve the things that matter most to them
Health and wellbeing - including PEG feeding, Diabetes Management and Seizure support
