Nikole Horan
DIRECTOR
Hey everyone, I’m Nikole, and I am the Director of Get Going Support.
I started Get Going Support in 2021 after working across providers in the industry taught me that if I wanted to disrupt the way business is done and bring bespoke solution focused opportunities to the forefront of the relationships, I am thankful enough to have I would need to run my own show.
We love solutions, we love collaborations, and we certainly LOVE innovation! I have had a varied career in the private sector in property and finance as well as the community sector managing client services and teams of incredible staff supporting NDIA participant, and this has afforded me the opportunity to combine the skills and knowledge of my experiences to create a bespoke full solution service offering.
I couldn’t be more thankful for where I am today. No one’s journey is straight forward, no one gets every step exactly right but what everyone can do is ensure they use every step they have taken to learn and create more value for the future for themselves and others of this big, wonderful world we are in.

Tabitha Viney
CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Hi, I’m Tabitha, the Chief People Officer at Get Going Support.
I moved into the Disability Sector in 2019 after 11 years in Employment Services and Recruitment. My passion has always been helping people to achieve their goals and live their best life. I am now lucky enough to be able to combine all of my experience in an industry that truly makes a difference.
I am a busy wife and mother of 3 beautiful daughters. My lived experience, having a daughter with Autism, was the driving force behind my move to the NDIS space in 2019. I originally moved over to a provider heading their HR Department but found myself wanting to learn everything NDIS and quickly progressed to Chief Executive Officer.
Heading the People & Culture Department I am committed to ensuring we provide our participants with experienced, goal oriented, well matched Support Workers that will lead to successful outcomes. We are dedicated to ensuring our staff are well supported and trained so they can provide the very best care to our participants.
I would love to hear from people who share the same values as our team at Get Going Support so please contact me to have a chat!

Stephanie Mackay
REGIONAL MANAGER - IPSWICH
Hi, my name is Steph, and I am now the Regional Manager for GGS in the Ipswich area.
I have worked in the disability sector since 2020 where my first role was a SIL Relationship Officer looking after participants who require 24-7 supports. I gained so much experience with participants who have a psychosocial disability. I then began my first role in GGS as the Psychosocial Department Manager before heading into managing the Ipswich Region.
My focus is ensuring our participants live an independent life with support from our fantastic support staff who we interview, and hand pick based on the participants requirements and tailor the support to their individual needs.
I thrive on seeing our participants excel in daily life and how supports tailored to them, and their goals can really make a positive change to their lives. Watching them enjoy life and creating new experiences, really does make me proud and happy to work in this industry.
Other than that, I am a Scottish female who is thoroughly enjoying the Australian lifestyle and culture, along with living with my Greyhound Papalii, who certainly makes life entertaining.

I very much look forward to continuing to grow here while also getting to positively change and support the lives of others!
